PRIVATE-USE APPLICATION

A personal archive connection to Google Drive.

Hermes Drive connects the account owner's own computer and server to their Google Drive, so they can archive files and retrieve them when needed.

What this application does

The operator uses a locally installed rclone client and owner-directed automation to upload, organize, download and verify selected archive files. Files are stored in the owner's existing Google Drive storage, not in a public file-sharing website.

Access is limited

The connection requests the drive.file permission: access to files created by, or explicitly authorized for, this application. It does not request unrestricted access to all existing Drive files, Gmail, contacts or calendars.

Who can use it

This is a personal-use application for its owner and explicitly authorized accounts. There is no public registration, subscription, payment or download portal here. File transfers and deletion require the owner's direction.

Privacy and account control

Read the privacy policy and terms of use. You can revoke the connection from your Google Account connections at any time.
